I have a Microsoft folder on my HD, apparenrly caused by shutting down
my PC while updates were being installed.
The folder has a long name (8afe24076fb9e8b232f1e0) and cannot be
deleted with any method I know.
I am running XP Pro.

Thanks, Howard Papke ([log in to unmask])
