Hi Robert,

I am unfamiliar with the software program, however, your description of the
computer boot sounds very familiar.  I do not know of an easier way... When
this has happened to me I have to unplug my computer and clear the CMOS, via
the jumpers on the board.

It will reset your BIOS to default settings.   Anyone else?
