I have a computer that has a 56k modem in it, but when I try to use the
modem, I do not hear the dialtone when it dials out to my isp. Even though
the modem seems to work, is there anyway I can get the volume up on it.
This is an internal modem, and I have check to ensure that all the volume
is turned up in software. I also tried from a terminal mode ATL3 this I
thought would turn up the volume via the command line for the modem....

Help....
