The MB is a VTech MB500N and has an Award Modular
BIOS v4.50PG, but the MB itself is well labelled
and everything is marked. The problem is the
wires
in her new box are not labelled. There's no
manual
coz she got this box off a dead computer. The
only label on the box is LogIQ but I couldn't
find out who makes it.

I did think of following the wires to see where
they go but the whole bunch disappears behind a
sort of metal plate and the bracket for the HD,
floppy etc then go on top of that. I'm not
confident enough to dismantle the whole thing,
which is why I was hoping there's some standard
industry code for LED color combinations. Even if
someone can tell me what each color combination
USUALLY is, that would narrow things down a bit.
