As a point of clarification, that is a stylized HD (high density) logo
and not CH, and it is usually located on the 'top' of the disk in the
corner opposite the write protect tab.  2.88MB disks have EHD (Extra
High Density) emblazoned on them.  720K disks can be distinguished from
others because they have only one hole (for the write protect tab) at
the 'back' edge of the disk.
