I would say you have the KAK virus. Run McAfee antivirus. Or go to
www.winfiles.com under virus files and get the kak cleaner. I think this
will fix your problem.

I have a PIII 500Mhz machine running W98.
On every cold boot or restart I get a toolbar message "Driver Memory Error"
which disappears after a few seconds.
