Windows 95 Powertools work with Win98...at least the ones I've tried which
are Send To, Target, and Dos Prompt Here. The cab file viewer isn't needed
since Win98 comes with this installed by default. Use the Win98 Tweak UI
version for Win98...it is better and has more options.
