 Greetings, Susan, et al.--
Louisiana, particularly near New Orleans. I would recommend
that you try to get a hold of some desiccant silicagel
'pouches' (if possible) of the sort that used to be found in
packing materials for radio and stereo components, and place
several of them in a fairly well-sealed carton with the
computer. Then, when you remove the computer from storage,
open it up and check for corrosion; perhaps even re-seat all
 cards.

So I am gathering from the above information that without certain
precautions, the computer will be damaged if it stays in a storage building
for 3 months or less. In other words, if I don't get the above material to
put inside the pc, then damage could occur. I am also understanding that
even with the above material, there is a possibility that damage will still
occur. If so, not good news........

Thank you,
Susan Hays
