Are you running any Norton programs?  There is a wealth of information
pertinent to it on the symantec website.  go to www.symantec.com and do a
search for kernel32.dll. there is a number of causes and fixes.  Let me know
if this helps.

I would like to know what exactly is the function off KERNEL.32.DLL I often
have this pop up  and how do I fix it I tried Microsoft windows updates, the
Windows ME cd and searching in the files but nothing works, I am really fed
up with Windows ME I don't know why I started to have so many problems?
