Working from a similar problem I had yesterday trying to boot a computer in
which I knew for sure everything worked together, I would say you should try to
reseat the video card.  For some reason, AGP cards can be easily knocked far
enough out of their slots to cause trouble.  Also, make sure the CPU is seated
correctly.  I can't think of any other reason you can't get video.
