     I'm not quite sure what you mean by "How does Pre-install work"? An OEM
preinstall is a full installation of win9x that has not been licensed yet,
to the consumer it is a complete installation that will not run for the
first time until you enter your CDKEY. This allows an OEM to install windows
on their machines without having to tie it to a specific CDKEY. It is all a
matter of licensing. I'm not sure what you would need "instructions" for
either, unless you are an OEM there is little reason to install Windows this
way. If you are an OEM then Mickeysoft will give you all you need. TTYL
