Thanks to Jeff Wright on another help-board (Computerguys Listserv) who
pointed me to this registry fix. This moves the limit to 8,000, and adds a
couple of other lines.

This one actually worked for me!

Maybe this is what you need as well.....

Seem we keep having to reinvent the wheel, or perhaps the term is
rediscover. I now remember running into the folder limit patch some time
ago. Alas, it did not fix my problem either. I do have 1600 folders on my
system and I am the only user. Perhaps Microsoft will fix this in the next
release of Windows :)
