  Wow, looks exactly like what I'm looking for.  I assume it just upgrades
the Windows version it's installing on keeping setups, etc, and doesn't just
overwrite the whole operating system as if it's a clean install?

  Thanks, appreciate the info.

  Makes me wonder if it's legal to sell an OEM CD-ROM if it's not for the
original computer...
