     IMHO IBM drives are the best you can get, usually
they are slightly more expensive, but I have never had
any trouble with my IBM drives and they still reign as
one of the fastest drives out there. IBM usually is
the forerunner in HD technology, if you hear of the
world's largest HD my bet is on it being an IBM.

     Great choice, however as you have already noticed
finding a board for the Athlon is not easy. Asus only
recently commited to a board for the Athlon, not many
others have. If you want to learn more I suggest you
read the "conspiracy" article about why Athlon boards
are hard to find at http://www.tomshardware.com. TTYL
