Look for the Driver in Devise Manager under "Sound, video and game controllers"
also insure you have the tv cable connected to the tv tuner card

Good luck

  Subject: [PCBUILD] Packard Bell Computer

I brought a Packard Bell Computer and came with a TV Tuner. According to the instruction,I only need to click on TV manual from Power Cinema software and I can use my computer to watch TV. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I have written to Packard Bell support center twice and I get no reply at all. I took my computer back to where I brought this PC and I was told the only thing they can do is to reformat the hard drive.

I try to re-install the TV-Tuner driver through Control Panel but I cannot see TV Tuner icon in Device manager.

Is there any other ways to make it work before reformat the hard drive?

  Your help are much appreciated!
