Sorry, Ron,
But we have to agree to disagree.  Cleaning the dust from a fan is at best a 
stop-gap measure.  A typical CPU fan installed by the PC manufacturer is the 
most often item to fail, usually within the original warranty timeframe. 
That is why most manufacturers have learned their lesson and gone to higher 
quality ones.  Seldom will you see non-ball bearing fans used on a CPU.  A 
sleeve bearing fan is intended to be self-lubricating when exposed to 
heat--but only for as long as lubricant cast in the bronze material (Oilite) 
is available.  Also, you won't find many, if any, "reputable" companies that 
will take a return on an expendable, commodity part like a fan.
