Most of the Emprex dvd burners were made by BTC. It should say on the back
of the burner. If it is a BTC, suggest you go to the BTC forum below and
look around or ask your question. Marco, the senior tech for BTC Europe
monitors that forum regularly . BTC has been trying hard to give good
support to stuff they make.
If the drive isn't a BTC go here anyhow and you will probably find an
answer. They cover most all brands of CD and DVD burners.
