I am reviving an old computer, K6 CPU, 512 MB RAM, ASUS motherboard, Award BIOS, running XP Pro. It will not shut down, but insists on restarting.  APM is turned on. I don't see any option in setup that would cause this behavior.  What else should I be looking for?
