HI,

Though most manufacturor's support the standards, 802.11b, 802.11g, etc.
You can find some
equipment easier to set up than others.

I use linksys 802.11b 4port router and access point at home. I set up
lots of used notebooks using no name wireless pcmcia cards, usually with
no problems at all.

I also use a usb to wirelss ethernet adapter (linksys) for machines that
may not have a nic installed and again no problems.

I tried setting up a Shuttle wireless USB adapter on the 20th aniversiy
edition Shuttle and said okay "we'll just hard wire this puppy", after
playing with it for a couple of hours with no success.

Thanks and have a Great Day!

Hello

I'm looking at some wireless network products to expand my wired
network.

Is there any compatibility problems with wireless NIC's and hubs from
different manufacturers or will any wireless NIC work to any wireless
hub?
