TigerDirect sells a device for monitoring heat build-up inside the
computer, called "Heat Sentry".  You can order by phone (800-888-4437), or
on the Internet at: www.tigerdirect.com

    The part number is Q04-2000 and the cost is $79.00.  It comes with an
interface card (which will require an available 8/16-bit "ISA" card slot),
includes [Windows] software and 2 heat probes - that you can put on the CPU
and the other on another point for concern about heat.

    By the way, it would be a good idea to mention temperature readings in
both formats [here], since everyone may not know the conversion or have a
thermometer handy with both scales!
