I'm not sure about other manufacturers, and you won't get it with OEM
versions, but Maxtor includes a floppy disk (called MaxBlast, I think??)
that will set up your new drive and can move your existing system to the new
drive.  I only used it once when upgrading a neighbor's machine, but it
worked great without a hitch.
