In a bout of foolishness I bought an Apple MacBook Retina.

It doesn't have a lot of storage, so I don't want to waste space.

I downloaded a "Starry Night Pro Plus" program to a starrynight.dmg
file. ( dmg = "download manager?" )

It's well over 4GB, so I'd like to delete it. I **think** its like an
executable extraction file in Windows, so now that I've expanded it into
the App's folder, I can delete the .dmg file.

Is this correct, i.e. can I delete the .dmg file as it is no longer needed?
