You don't normally flash the bios if your computer is working okay.Usually it's only recommended to flash the bios if the mfr finds a bug in the orig bios or adds a feature that you need.
Also, never attempt to flash the bios if you don't have the manual for the board.The manual for this can be downloaded athttp://www.motherboards.org/manuals/p/PC%20Chips-M810LMR/3773.html
If you just want to clear the bios, see pg 12. I suggest you read the manual all the way thru.Also, if you go to www.pcchips.com.tw/news.html you will see they have made some changes in the numbering of their boards and there is info there about bios's.The M810LR is now an M810L.
The best thing you can do with a computer is:IF IT AIN'T BROKE,DON'T TRY TO FIX IT.
