I have a brookings mother board with a 950 celeron chip. I have 2 256Mb PC100 ram chips. In the past week my programs have developed a 'stutter'. Best description is if I play solitaire it deals 5 cards, pauses, and then continues the same way. All the programs seem to do that. I put in a new hard drive yesterday and reloaded everything and still it continues. I run win98 and win98se on an upgrade disk. Any ideas how to trace this. I was thinking bad ram or the cpu's getting ready to quit.

John
