I have obtained a 586/120 Mhz CPU and it does not complete the start-up process. After reading the RAM, it shows the message "keyboard error" press F1...

Well, if the keyboard does not read (no beeps, no lights) how can I "press" F1 to do anything?

I have unplugged everything and re-plugged everything several times to no avail. Same "message".

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Bea
