In the discussion of lines on a monitor, the original problem (quoted
below) says that the lines SCROLL.  This has gotten lost in the
discussion of the mask support wires on Trinitron monitors.  I seem to
recall an explanation of this a while back, but forget what it was.  My
son's monitor has started doing this recently also.
