Plan and simple Westly, NO. You cannot,  CDR/RWs can only hold a maximum of
650 Megabytes of data. DVD's hold more than a Gigabyte of Data that's
specially formatted for the DVD disc.  if you want make DVD's you'll want a
DVD-RAM drive. Which is the cost of a small Car ( 2,000 bucks and higher).

But like CDR's they will eventually be cheap enough for us to buy.
