What tempertaure is your CPU running at??
try bringing the temp down by putting an additional fan in the case and
maybe a larger fan on the cpu,
The more it has to process the hotter it gets.
The hotter it gets causes instability, and slowness,
Is your mother board okay, what brand is it and have you updated drivers as
well as flashing the latest rom to it
