The transmit pair from PC-A must be crossed over (hence the name "cross
over cable") to the receive pair for PC-B and vice versa.

Reverse pairs 2 and 3.

PC A PC B
1 --------- 3
2 --------- 6
3 --------- 1
6 --------- 2
