As your probably know, Packard Bell was taken over by NEC in 1999. AFAIK, it
has pretty much disappeared from sight, at least in the US. However, some
support is available at:
        www.necus.com/support/800indexcat.cfm?CatNum=4
        www.priorityonesupport.com

Depending on the vintage of your P/B, a PCI card _should_ work -- maybe even
an AGP card. (FWIW, the SiS 5598 chip was released in 1997.) You might Google
on "Packard Bell #### Sis 5598" where #### is the model number for your box,
too.

Sorry that I couldn't give you a straightforward answer to your problem.
