I need some help getting a Proto PC /PC-Tech X16B going.

It is a XT with a 80186/8087 CPU and SCSI on the mother
board made in the mid 80's.

It boots up on a hard drive in dos 6.22, but I get
a 'disk not ready' on the 5 1/4 floppy.  I have tried
several drives and many jumper settings.
