I am looking for a picture of an open hard drive to show my students what
it looks like. I teach computers to Seniors at our local Senior Center. I
want to help them understand how an HD works.

Anyone have any idea where I can get one?

Thanks

Hi,
Instead of a picture, how about the real thing? Try a local computer shop,
and see if they have any 'junk' drives around (they usually do). Explain your
situation to them, and you can probably get it free. Then just unscrew the
cover, and you can see the insides up close and personal...much better than just
a photo.

Hope this helps,
Peter Hogan
