In hyperterminal at the top of the screen, click on CALL.  The drop down
menu should show Dial and Disconnect.  Click disconnect (If hyperterminal is
active, dial should be greyed out and disconnect should be enabled.  When
Hyperterminal first comes up, if you cancel the connect screen and go to
CALL at the top, Dial should be enabled and Disconnect should be greyed
out.)
