Yesterday I have the same problem with Win2k. I installed a HASP
emulator for some prog and my PC begin to shutdown and start periodically
(when the network connections logging). Since I have athother OS on my
PC (WinMe), therefore I delete all hasp files in the WINNT
directory from WinMe. The problem was solved.
So try to delete the last installed progs if you can from system
floppy.
