Larry Fisk has provided several sites that that may work for you.

How about a real hard drive instead? You can find some that have failed and
use them for your classes. I'm sure that there are many of us that have dead
drives you are welcome too. I would think that showing a real hard drive and
it's inner working would be a plus in teaching a computer class. I find that
if I have the real thing to show, it makes teaching easier.
