I have several HP InkJet printers (a 694 and 722) that are making horrble noises. When the print head moves on the right side it sounds as if 2 pieces of plastic are hitting together, kind of a clunk noise. Some times they also sould like they have gears stripping.
To have HP repair them will cost more than they are worth, but they should have a lot of life left in them if I can correct the noise problems before it becomes worse.
I have talk to others and this seams to be a problem with HP printers! Thanks ahead of time for the suggestions
