Since you have an Epson, you may want to try
http://www.missupply.com/store.cgi and look at their archival inks for
Epson.  I don't have Epson but have ordered my inks from this company for
the past couple of years for an HP.  Their normal inks are better than HP
for being resistant to smudging from "slight" moisture.

Their description of their Epson archival inks:

"These inks have been specially formulated for Epson desktop printers. They
are a hybrid dye based-pigmented ink which is totally impervious to water,
have an extremely high degree of UV resistance and an estimated archival
life of over 100 years. We are in the process of having them certified by
an independent test lab."
