I did not see any responses so I will try. I am not familiar with
"drive2drive" but I suspect that it does a sector by sector copy. Thus it
would create a 6 GB image on your new drive - this includes the partition
information of the old drive! To fix this you would need to run a utility
like PartitionMagic or Ranish Partition Manager to resize the partition on
your new drive.
