Any time a user gets a system error while using America Online, the first
resort should be to use a very helpful area: keyword --  gpf

Keyword: General Protection Fault (you type gpf) will accept your full error
code and typically find a plausible solution to your problem.

Of course, not all tech support can satisfactorily answer/solve all
problems; this one is somewhat helpful.
