Thanks for the answer. (I went to the link and to the "other Rick's"
WEB site and found something important - unrelated...)
I guess I did not make it clear that I was only getting the warning
and do not have any problems with the drive...

I'm thinking of cloning the drive, seeing if the "error" still exists,
and "trying" a repair there...
