  The Celerons ignore any multiplier setting from the board -- the
300A is locked at 4.5x.  So any of the 100 MHz FSB settings may
attempt to run it at 450.
  It appears that many 300As will run at 450, but some won't, and
some won't without some tweaking of the CPU voltage -- which most
Slot 1 boards don't provide for.  So your odds of success may be
lower than you think.
