I installed the "Buddy" system for a client a couple years ago.

I think Compusa or some major retailer sold them at the time.
I ordered mine online.
basically it consists of two nic cards and software to share a single
computer to two
monitors. They hook together via regular Cat 5 cable.
The only thing that didn't work on the buddy computer was the sound.
