Hello again,

Thanks to everyone who replied to my 68 pin to 50 pin question. Now for
another...I saw a Quantum SCSI differential drive advertised that "requires
a differential initiator or a DE 2 SE converter to work with single-ended
host adapters." What is this? I've never heard of it. If I bought this drive
would I need it? My SCSI adapter is an Initio INI-9090U PCI UltraSCSI. It
has a standard density 50 pin internal connector and high density 50 pin
external connector. This drive is alot cheaper than other SCSI drives of the
same capacity.

Thanks,

Dennis Thiel
