Celeron 366 IMHO.

Rational:

Intel Locks their Mulipliers;

On 366 Celeron 5.5x so its a sure thing that you aren't going to get a faked
(er Remarked CPU) everytime, thus you can feel comfortable shopping for the
lowest price.

Secondly Intel Celeron Implies Intel Chipset;

AFAIK Intel CPU don't have compatibility problems with Video Cards like the
SiS, ALi and VIA Chipsets have had (albeit most problems have been with the
Intel 740 Graphics adapter).

K6-2 350 Requires "PC100" SDRAM, Celeron doesn't require PC100 SDRAM.

Intel's PC100 standard and VIA, SiS, and ALi "PC100" are two different
mostly compatible standards. There are different Considerations for 100 MHz
operation on an Intel Chipset versus someother chipset.

Celeron more overclockable;

While to most people this is mastrubatorial; it does suggest better
tolerances (for sure better stability at its rated MHz).

Celeron has ECC L2 Cache K62 has L2 Cache that is dependent on the
Mainboard. AFAIK most L2 Cache on Mainboards are still x32 parts that
aren't ECC.
