Unfortuately, be cause the hubs are only 10Mbps, a 100 Mbps will auto set
itself for 10Mbps.
You'll need to get 100Mbps Hubs, and make sure that the Inet Switch supports
100Mbps
on all its ports. Some switches will have 1 100Mbps Switch going to a
server with
10 Mbps on all the other ports.

Basically if your Switch is just 10/100 on all ports (meaning that the ports
in the switch support both speeds) that
won't need replacing.

You'll need a 10/100 Mbps Hub, and 10/100 Nics on all the machines. Or get
a 17 port Switch that can support
all the machines on the network instead of sharing the available bandwith on
a hub. That way all the computers will be able to
have dedicated Full Duplex 100Mbps (200 Mbps total Bandwith--100 TX/100RX)
to each computer.
