39% seems very low for resources at boot-any additional programs you open
may get you to a dangerously low point.

What constitutes low system resources..??
I have a HP Pavilion AMD 800 Mhz system, with 128MB RAM, running Win
98 SE.
When I do a cold boot, i have about 39 % free resources ..per the
performance tab under System in the Control Panel.  What is the
effect of this on normal processing ?
