Russ and brighteyes:

I have the very same situation. I am having trouble with my usb
printer and sound card. Also saying my modem is not present &
forcing a reinstall working for maybe a couple days then occuring
again. Creative soundblaster said to disable on-board sound and
modem and try another PCI slot. I have done that without luck.
Creative has not responded yet to my new request. IRQ's are
available! I also tried allowing manual IRQ in the bios without luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Richard Bolha
