I am using RAMDisk http://www.ramdisk.tk/

Four years ago I bought the enterprise version... I think I was only 
12 bucks, although he posts a free unsupported version. The paid 
version will bring you free lifetime updates.  You need to have a lot 
of physical RAM to make this a really useful utility, particularly 
if, like me, you want to use it for your temp folder.
