A very good site for comparing various hardware is
http://www.tomshardware.com.  As for what motherboard would be good for an
AMD chip, AMD's website has some usefull information on that at
http://www1.amd.com/K6/k6mbl/
and yes the Asus P5A is a very good motherboard for the k6-2 350
