What will happen is when a voodoo 2 is installed, your Geforce won't do 3D
anymore, you will end up with Gefore 2D + Voodoo2 3D, which is pretty bad
idea. You are not the first one who thought this way, but 3dfx never allow
other card to take 3D action if you have one of 3dfx card installed.

3dfx has a FAQ on this topic sometimes ago, I don't know it is still there
or not, you can try their website, support/FAQ area.
